What: A Presentation covering the passionate subject of vaccines… If a parent chooses to vaccinate, there are things that can be done to reduce the risk of negative reactions as well as minimize any long-term affects if a baby does experience a negative reaction to vaccinations. “One size fits all” is a myth. Every family is different, every baby is different and unique. Parents need to be knowledgeable and aware of risk factors BEFORE vaccinating. Some questions may be asked during the presentation, but time will also be given at the end for questions and answers. For parents and expectant parents who have specific questions or want to continue discussions, our Presenter will share contact information so that guidance can continue.
Who: Kat Meeks Sharp is a graduate of UNF and a local resident of Jacksonville Beach. She is the Mother of two daughters (11 and 13), her youngest of whom was severely and permanently injured by vaccinations, and later diagnosed with Autism. She will be sharing her personal story, and what she has learned along the way over the course of her 11-year journey. Kat has tried nearly every therapy, supplement, diet intervention, and educational program available to children with autism. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her knowledge with families seeking to better understand vaccines and overall health so that parents can truly make an “Informed Decision” and improve the health of their
families using a common-sense approach. We cannot make good decisions for our family without the proper knowledge to do so.
