Spinal Workshop Series

 

Spinal Workshops are held every Monday from 6:00-6:45 pm, and are information-packed lectures on a variety of topics, all geared toward helping you have a more vibrant expression of health! Workshops for the upcoming month are as follows:

 

 

February 6th:  NEW BABY - CARING FOR YOURSELF, CARING FOR YOUR BABY

February 13th:  SPINAL HYGIENE - CHIROPRACTIC 101; Proper Care of Your Spine and Nervous System

February 20th: OPTIMAL SLEEP FOR VIBRANT HEALTH

February 27th:  MANAGING CHILDHOOD EAR INFECTIONS NATURALLY

What is chiropractic and can it help me?

 

To find out, you are invited to schedule an assessment with Drs. Alterman and Johnson at no expense to you. During this assessment  the Doctors will determine whether Chiropractic is right for you. If a more complete examination and/or x-rays are warranted, these things will be discussed with you at that time.
