Spinal Workshop Series

Spinal Workshops are held every Monday from 6:15-6:45 pm, and are information-packed lectures on a variety of topics, all geared toward helping you have a more vibrant expression of health! Upcoming workshops for the month of August are as follows:

September 7th (Office closed Monday, Sept 6th): Relieving Common Pregnancy Complaints Naturally

September 13th: Spinal Hygeine - Chiropractic 101, Learn How to Care For Your Spine and Nervous System

September 20th: Optimal Choices For Optimal Results

September 27th: TBA

What is chiropractic and can it help me?

To find out, you are invited to schedule an assessment with Drs. Alterman and Johnson at no expense to you. During this assessment  the Doctors will determine whether Chiropractic is right for you. If a more complete examination and/or x-rays are warranted, these things will be discussed with you at that time.
