Meet Baby J. Baby J's mom first brought him in for general wellness care. During the consultation, she related that Baby J was only having about one bowel movement per week, and that when she had mentioned this to her pediatrician, she was assured that this was normal for a breastfed baby. Based on our evaluation of Baby J, it was recommended that he be adjusted weekly for four weeks. After the second adjustment, Mom related that Baby J was now having a bowel movement every other day, and no more straining!
