- 12 almonds
- 5 Tbs whole oats
- 1 Tbs honey
- 8 oz water

MACROBIOTIC BREAST MILK SUPPLEMENT/SUBSTITUTE
1 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 cups water
Soak rice in water overnight, add sesame seeds and boil gently until rice is partially dissolved. (a pressure cooker can be used for faster results)
Strain mixture and use liquid as breast milk supplement or substitute.
